Tara Payne, PE

Tara Payne, PE began her career under the supervision of Len McManus, PE, in 2007, and 17 years later the duo is still working together to find innovative solutions for their clients. Ms. Payne currently leads the New Waverly office and oversees all production for MPCE.

Along her path to becoming MPCE’s Vice President and partial owner, Ms. Payne has concentrated her career in the municipal sector, drafting and managing projects for cities, counties, and federal agencies. Her experience includes design and specifications for roadways, trails, sidewalks, water and wastewater lines, drainage, and traffic engineering. Ms. Payne also provides engineering services for corridor studies, public involvement, client interaction and planning.
