Camden Park Phase 1 Civil Site Inspection

The City of Knollwood, Texas, through the Developer, engaged MPCE to inspect the construction of the Camden Park Phase 1 subdivision. This phase of the development include 219 residential lots with alley access. Inspection duties include oversight of the land clearing process, erosion control, drainage, sanitary sewer installation, water line installation, paving, and landscaping installation. The subdivision also includes two detention ponds as part of the drainage and environmental management plan.

This project’s efforts are lead by MPCE’s senior inspector, who has over 43 years of construction inspection in the DFW metroplex.
